Today, it has grown into a full-service provider of drone training, consulting, and program development—grounded in aviation discipline and fueled by innovation—helping organizations adopt and scale UAV technology with confidence.

With more than 6,000 UAV flight hours, multiple industry certifications, and numerous awards, Michael offers unmatched expertise to organizations looking to launch or scale UAV programs. As a leader with one of the world’s top UAV integrators, he designed and directed strategic CONOPS for a major international cross-border cargo operation and other complex land and offshore missions. He also pioneered a national college workforce program dedicated to training the next generation of UAV professionals—bridging cutting-edge industry innovation with real-world talent development.
