Uncrewed Aerospace™ was created to connect the legacy of aviation with the fast-advancing world of unmanned systems. With decades of flight experience and more than 7,600 UAV flight hours, the company began by supporting first responders and public safety teams. Today, it has grown into a full-service provider of drone training, consulting, and program development—grounded in aviation discipline and fueled by innovation—helping organizations adopt and scale UAV technology with confidence.
Michael Hill
Founding Partner
With more than 7,600 UAV flight hours, multiple international pilot certifications, and numerous industry recognitions and awards, Michael Hill is a recognized leader in uncrewed aviation and Advanced Air Mobility.
As Founder of Uncrewed Aerospace, he advises corporations, government agencies, and public safety organizations on developing safe, scalable, and regulatory-compliant drone programs.
Michael has led complex drone operations including international cross-border cargo missions for the automotive industry and long-range offshore resupply operations for the energy sector.
He also serves as an Adjunct Professor of Uncrewed Aircraft Systems, helping colleges and workforce programs train the next generation of drone professionals.

Aubrey, an aerospace engineering major at the Milwaukee School of Engineering, supports flightline and ground crew operations for Uncrewed Aerospace and its clients. She is working toward her goal of becoming an aerospace engineer.
